We are looking for CCC (or higher) at A-level and a 2:2 degree (or higher), with evidence of achievement

Your Role

The primary objective in supply chain planning is to maintain an effective and efficient process to provide quality, fresh and convenient products for our customers. By working closely with those customers and the Customer Relationship Manager you will be accountable for the 0-13wk volume forecasting, incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from commercial, marketing, finance or customer teams. Additionally, you will assist in longer range forecasts, to 65wks, which should be used for strategic capacity planning, S&OP evaluation and financial forecasts. Additionally, you will;

  • Develop, implement and facilitate positive relationships to deliver a regular cross-functional consensus approach
  • Review historical trends, interpret and incorporate key demand inputs, prepare reports, develop models and analyse accuracy performance
  • Challenge assumptions, make recommendations, highlight risks and opportunities

We are in the privileged position of having control over our whole supply chain from our local British farms, through advanced manufacturing plants, to the final product on the shelf. This ensures that customers receive a safe and secure product, delivered via an excellent service from a transparent and integrated supply chain.

Over your programme, you will have the opportunity to rotate across a range of departments and functions at our different sites such as, production, engineering and technical; learning first-hand from the high-performance teams around you.
