We are looking for CCC (or higher) at A-level and a 2:2 degree (or higher), with evidence of achievement
Do you want to be part of a high performance team at one of our advanced manufacturing sites? On your first placement as Production Planner on the Avara Graduate Programme, during the first year you will be part of our Operations function at one of our main operational sites, Brackley.
As a Production Planner your primary objective will be to maintain an effective and efficient process to provide quality, fresh and convenient products for our customers. You will be responsible for scheduling the packing operations over multiple lines, this role also provides live control of the packing hall and close coordination with other functions.
To ensure we meet our customer requirements to deliver quality, fresh and convenient products, our operations functions is at the heart of our business, running 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Working within a fast paced and diverse environment, this role will be varied and at times challenging, requiring strong communication skills and confidence in your ability to work with and influence others. You will interact with multiple business functions and key stakeholders, where you will have the opportunity to influence key business decisions.
Over your programme, you will have the opportunity to rotate across a range of departments and functions at our different sites such as, production, engineering and technical; learning first hand from the high-performance teams around you.
