The role is a great opportunity for a Marketing Manager to work for a well-established, national brand based in Birmingham City Centre.

Leading a small team, you will be responsible for the multi-channel marketing approach planning and activation.

You will take the lead in both Acquisition and Brand marketing, managing the budget and spotting new opportunities, partnerships and marketing channels.

You would be expected to lead, develop and implement the company’s business development activities, with emphasis on growing and developing niche markets in the UK, expanding the existing customer base and growing market share and profitability.


  • Developing and executing business and marketing strategies that will maintain and improve business’ turnover and profitability.
  • Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
  • Introducing new channels that improve Marketing ROI.
  • Leading the organisation of multiple digital campaigns. (Email, social, direct mail and others)
  • Increase business reputation locally and nationally.
  • Managing and executing an internal communications plan.
  • Responsible for the company’s social media channels – posting relevant content and handling customer feedback.
  • Creating dynamic content for the company website and blog.
  • Undertaking a range of tasks to deliver promotions, campaigns, and marketing communications.
  • Work on brand development and recognition.
  • Manage and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.

  • Experience as a Senior Marketing Executive/Marketing Manager
  • Experience working in a competitive and fast paced market
  • A track record in identifying target audiences and creatively devising and leading across multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website analytic tools (e.g Google Analytics)
